We're Hiring: Technical Recruiter - Engineering & Tech

Location: Toronto, ON (Remote flexibility available)

️ Duration: 6-month contract

Rate: $40-45/hour

We're looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring for Engineering and Technical roles across a dynamic and growing organization.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys partnering with hiring managers, shaping sourcing strategies, and delivering a seamless, high-touch candidate experience.

What You'll Do:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for engineering and technical functions
• Build and execute tailored sourcing strategies to attract top talent
• Partner with hiring managers (VP-level and below) to drive hiring decisions
• Coordinate and guide the interview process, debriefs, and selection
• Construct and extend offers, and support onboarding transitions
• Maintain compliance and consistency throughout the hiring process
• Act as a candidate advocate while maintaining alignment with business goals

What You Bring:

• Current experience as a Technical Recruiter (full-cycle)
• 5+ years preferred in tech/engineering recruitment
• Strong sourcing capabilities, including use of social platforms
• Confident working with senior stakeholders and HR business partners
• Excellent communication, consulting, and organizational skills
