Role Summary

As a Full Stack Engineering Team Lead, you'll shape our core user experiences while working across the full stack. You'll mentor engineers, coordinate tasks, and ensure technical excellence-all while remaining an active, hands-on contributor.

What You'll Do:

  • Technical Leadership: Define the technical direction for the team, ensuring best practices in architecture, development, and deployment.
  • Mentorship & Team Development: Guide and support engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Task Coordination: Work closely with product managers to break down tasks, prioritize them, and ensure smooth delivery.
  • Full Stack Development: Build, test, and improve highly scalable and high-performance JavaScript/TypeScript applications with Angular and Node.js.
  • Code Quality: Conduct thorough code reviews and maintain high standards for code quality and maintainability.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver innovative and impactful features.
  • Innovation & Best Practices: Stay current with development trends and best practices to keep driving technical excellence.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Demonstrated experience as a lead engineer or senior developer, guiding teams and delivering projects.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, Node.js, and modern component libraries.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Nest.js and designing scalable backend architectures.
  • Passion for mentoring and helping engineers grow.
  • Excellent debugging and analytical abilities.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly.
  • A proactive, action-oriented approach to problem-solving.
