Synergie is currently seeking a Marketing Manager for their client's location in Mississauga. This role will plan, develop and implement regional marketing programs to support brand awareness and lead generation. You will oversee the Marketing Project Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy, and evaluate its effectiveness in enabling the Branch network to engage target customer groups across various channels.
  • Work cross-functionally with departments and team members to ensure marketing strategies align with sales objectives and support the creation of high-impact programs.
  • Oversee the development, content management, and ongoing maintenance of the Canadian corporate website.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Project Specialist to develop campaign assets and support related communication needs.
  • Oversee and manage the Canadian Marketing Program budget.
  • Coordinate timelines and deliverables to ensure marketing projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget-driving a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on the performance of marketing programs, providing actionable insights and recommendations to management for continuous improvement.
  • Define reporting formats and deliver key program metrics to stakeholders.
  • Champion the Marketing Department's mission, vision, and values throughout all stages of project development.
  • Maintain and manage departmental processes to ensure effective internal and external communications, supporting the success of Canadian marketing initiatives. Ensure adherence to established development and approval procedures.
  • Train, mentor, and guide direct reports; provide product and process training as required.
  • Engage in complex personnel matters and oversee time and attendance records.
  • Formulate and communicate compensation recommendations.
  • Support additional departmental responsibilities and initiatives as needed.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years digital advertising/marketing experience
  • Bachelor's degree (Marketing or Communications)
  • Valid driver's license and access to reliable vehicle
  • Some Travel Required. Some Overnight Stays Required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • The ability to work with tight deadlines and has a strong sense of urgency
