Job Description

To hire an experienced and driven Program Battery Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of high-voltage BEV battery programs, ensuring on-time delivery, budget alignment, cross-functional coordination, and product readiness through all stages of development and launch.

Requirements:

• Lead execution of up to 3 battery programs across cost, timing, quality, and performance metrics
• Coordinate global, cross-functional teams to meet program objectives
• Track program budgets and implement cost efficiencies
• Ensure design release, change control, and timely milestone delivery
• Manage program risk and escalation with Quality and Platform teams
• Support procurement, manufacturing, and logistics continuity
• Drive value optimization and product lifecycle management

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 5-8 years in product development; 3+ years in program management (OEM or Tier 1)
• Proven budget, timeline, and stakeholder management experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (up to SVP level)
• Hands-on experience with design release and part tracking
• Strong interpersonal skills to lead in high-pressure, first-time execution environments

Additional:

• Must have valid work authorization (visa)
• Experience in BEV battery systems preferred
