We are looking for a driven, SEO-savvy, and content-aware digital specialist with experience growing B2B visibility and engagement across search engines, AI-powered discovery tools, and third-party platforms. Reporting to the Director of Global Demand Generation, this person will be key to generating demand through improved organic visibility, review platforms, and content alignment with user intent.

What You'll Do

  • Boost SOTI's visibility across LLM chatbots (ChatGPT, Bing Copilot, Google Gemini, Grok, etc) by optimizing web presence, structured data, and content
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive demo, trial, and contact inquiries from soti.net through non-paid channels
  • Grow SOTI's presence on third-party review sites (G2, Capterra, etc.), driving more reviews and turning those reviews into leads
  • Improve SOTI's organic search performance by working closely with the marketing team to identify high-intent keywords and align content strategy across landing pages, blogs, and resource hubs to support demand and lead generation.
  • Align with the marketing team to audit, monitor, and improve search engine indexing and ranking performance across global markets using tools like SEMrush and Google Search Console, supporting lead generation through increased organic visibility.
  • Align with content, product marketing, and web teams to ensure all content is optimized for organic discovery, while applying a demand generation lens to target high-intent audiences, accelerate buyer journeys, and convert traffic into qualified leads.
  • Leverage insights from competitor analysis and SERP trends to continuously adapt and refine strategies
  • Monitor and report on organic performance KPIs including rankings, traffic quality, engagement, and lead attribution
  • Stay ahead of evolving algorithms and AI discovery mechanisms to adapt strategies for emerging organic channels
  • Collaborate closely with Paid Search and Web teams to ensure cross-channel cohesion and learnings

Experience You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in SEO or digital demand generation for a B2B SaaS or tech company
  • Demonstrated success driving qualified leads through organic digital initiatives, not reliant on paid ads
  • Experience with Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) to boost visibility in AI tools like ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Grok, etc.
  • Strong working knowledge of SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Familiarity with how generative AI chatbots work and how to influence visibility across them
  • Proven experience managing presence and performance on review platforms like G2 and Capterra
  • Analytical mindset and experience interpreting web analytics data using tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar
  • Understanding of HTML, meta data, and structured schema markup
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to shape and influence content for better discoverability
  • A/B testing experience for content changes, calls to action, and conversion pathways is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in marketing, communications, or a related field
