Job Description:

• Provide 24/7 level 1 support for the application
• Master the concepts and tools of the Agile and DevOps world
• Providing application monitoring
• Support top-level and patch tickets without development in accordance with SLAs
• Diagnosing disorders occurring in production
• Referral to the necessary interfaces (backends)
• Follow-up of files and analysis of recurring cases for improvement
• Creating Jira for Improvements
• Design and use of analyses
• Design and development of moderately complex solutions
• Definition of functional and integrated test scenarios
• Defines and carries out the production release procedure
• Monitors and supports applications put into production
• Creating Jira tickets for Improvements
