Job Description:
- Provide 24/7 level 1 support for the application
- Master the concepts and tools of the Agile and DevOps world
- Providing application monitoring
- Support top-level and patch tickets without development in accordance with SLAs
- Diagnosing disorders occurring in production
- Referral to the necessary interfaces (backends)
- Follow-up of files and analysis of recurring cases for improvement
- Creating Jira for Improvements
- Design and use of analyses
- Design and development of moderately complex solutions
- Definition of functional and integrated test scenarios
- Defines and carries out the production release procedure
- Monitors and supports applications put into production
- Creating Jira tickets for Improvements

- AWS: cloudWatch, CloudFormation, EKS, API Gateway,
- Graphana, Loky, Splunk
