We are currently seeking a dynamic Technical Support Specialist to join our team in St-Hubert. You will be responsible for efficiently managing the company's technological infrastructure, providing high-quality technical support to users, and contributing to the continuous optimization of IT systems, while actively participating in the design and implementation of innovative network solutions.

An overview of your responsibilities:

• Install, modify and perform minor repairs on computer hardware and software systems
• Resolve tickets representing requests or technical problems generated by staff and solve technical and process issues to maintain productivity
• Maintain system functionality by testing computer components
• Help design and implement networks
• Consult with users to determine appropriate hardware and software needs and assist in placing orders
• Maximize computer system capabilities by studying technical applications and making recommendations

What you'll need, among other things!

• Diploma in computer science
• 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• The ability to communicate technical information in an accessible manner to non-technical employees
• A process improvement mindset
• Software maintenance and testing capability
• Basic knowledge of networking principles and operating systems
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Customer-service focus
• Bilingualism: Proficiency in both English and French is essential, as we collaborate with teams across Canada and USA.
