We are looking for a GCP Architect to support an Enterprise level client.

• Experience designing scalable, secure, cost-effective architectures on GCP.
• Familiar with multi-tier architectures, microservices, and hybrid/cloud-native patterns.
• Deep knowledge of key GCP services:
• Compute (GCE, GKE, Cloud Run)
• Storage (GCS, Filestore, Cloud SQL, Bigtable, Spanner)
• Networking (VPC, Cloud Load Balancing, Cloud Interconnect, Cloud DNS)
• Identity & Security (IAM, VPC SC, Cloud KMS)
• Data & AI (BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Vertex AI)
• Proficiency in Terraform
• Understands containerization, Docker, GKE, and Cloud Run.
• Experience with GCP security best practices (least privilege, org policies, VPC SC).
• Familiar with regulatory compliance needs (e.g., HIPAA, SOC 2, GDPR).
• 3-5+ years of cloud experience, ideally with certified GCP Professional Cloud Architect status.
• Hands-on delivery of end-to-end solutions on GCP.
• Experience with hybrid or multi-cloud environments is a plus.
• Cloud Cost Optimization: Knows how to balance performance, reliability, and spend.
• Architecture Governance: Can set standards, review designs, and ensure compliance.
• Stakeholder Communication: Able to translate technical decisions into business impact.
• Mentorship & Collaboration: Coaches developers, works with security/network teams.
• Experience integrating GCP with other ecosystems (e.g., M365, Azure, on-prem).
• Knowledge of SRE principles, monitoring (Cloud Operations, Stackdriver), and SLIs/SLOs.
