Required Skills:
• Good years of experience in campaign operations, marketing automation, or Martech project delivery, preferably in a regulated industry (e.g., financial services).
• Proven track record in marketing transformation initiatives
• redesigning processes, introducing automation, or modernizing tech stacks.
• Hands-on expertise with SAS CI360, Braze, or comparable campaign execution tools.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience building and troubleshooting complex segments.
• Demonstrated ability to identify inefficiencies and design long-term, scalable solutions ("build once, automate indefinitely.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Roles and responsibilities:
• Campaign Execution & Delivery: Manage the full lifecycle of marketing and service campaigns
• from intake and segmentation to QA and deployment
• across digital and direct channels.
• Strategic Process Design: Drive the shift from manual execution to automated, scalable campaign frameworks by designing reusable campaign modules, templates, and decision logic.
• Segmentation & Analytics: Use advanced SQL and analytical tools to define targeting criteria, segment audiences, inclusions, exclusions and monitor campaign performance.
• Tool Configuration & Orchestration: Configure campaigns in SAS CI360 and Braze, ensuring timely and accurate delivery while integrating with other Martech and data platforms.
• Quality Assurance & Compliance: Run detailed QA processes to ensure data accuracy, business rule compliance and controls, and flawless customer experiences.
• Marketing Transformation Leadership: Contribute to broader transformation initiatives by identifying opportunities to simplify workflows, introduce automation, and align execution with long-term strategic goals.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, compliance, and technology teams to align campaign execution with business priorities and platform capabilities.
