We're a rapidly growing company with a bold vision: to reshape the built environment with thoughtful design and strategic execution. As we expand, we are looking for a dynamic HR & Office Manager to oversee administrative operations and lead our talent strategy.

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced HR & Office Manager to join our core leadership team in our Toronto office. This dual-role position is essential in supporting day-to-day administrative functions while also driving recruitment and HR strategies to support our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources (60%)

  • Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple departments
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Coordinate onboarding, performance reviews, and staff development
  • Ensure compliance with provincial labor laws and employment standards
  • Serve as a trusted resource for employee relations and workplace culture
  • Manage HR files, benefit programs, and payroll coordination in collaboration with finance

Office Management (40%)

  • Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure efficient office workflows
  • Manage supplies, vendor relationships, and office budget
  • Schedule meetings, coordinate internal communications, and support leadership team
  • Maintain organized systems for contracts, reports, and company records
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics, tech setups, and internal team events

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of combined experience in HR management and office administration
  • Strong understanding of Ontario employment laws and HR best practices
  • Proven experience managing recruitment pipelines and HR systems
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and HR software (e.g., BambooHR, ADP)
  • Must be willing to work full-time in our Toronto office
