Responsibilities

  • Lead cross functional teams in healthcare with business transformation initiatives.
  • Provide organizational change management and organizational readiness assessments.
  • Lead business transformation, overseeing adoption of best practices, coaching and mentoring practitioners, providing quality assurance on work products, managing resource assignments, and leading the team.
  • Work with clinical stakeholders to elicit and document requirements and develop them into specifications or business process solutions in healthcare.
  • Implement a technology solution in a healthcare environment including requirements gathering and process flows.
  • Analyze and implement business architecture and strategic roadmaps for acute care facilities.
  • Provide coaching and support to top-level management and executives.
  • Other duties as assisgned.

Qualifications

  • Valid Prosci (ADKAR) Organizational Change Management certification.
  • Degree, Diploma, or Certification in Business Analysis.
  • Prince2 Foundation certification.
  • Business Architecture certification.
  • 10 years' experience in leading cross-functional teams in business transformation initiatives. Experience should include analysis, design and implementation; experience is required from a healthcare setting.
  • 5 years' experience leading organizational change management (OCM) activities organizational readiness assessments.
  • Prosci change management methodology is required.
  • 5 years' experience leading business transformation, overseeing adoption of best practices, coaching and mentoring practitioners, providing quality assurance on work products, managing resource assignments, and leading the team.
  • 5 years' experience working with clinical stakeholders to elicit and document requirements and develop them into specifications or business process solutions in a healthcare setting.
  • 1 year of experience implementing a technology solution in a healthcare environment including requirements gathering and process flows.
  • 1 year of experience analyzing and implementing business architecture and strategic roadmaps for acute care facilities. This experience should include coaching and supporting top-level management and executives.
  • Criminal background check is required.
