Role Description:
• The BRM will own entire customer relationship for a mid-sized account in Calgary(Canada), from a Delivery, Revenue, Growth and P&L perspective.
• S/He will be responsible for the growth of the account in existing service lines and add new service lines within the area.
• S/He will manage the client stakeholders including at the CxO levels.
• Manage the overall relationship, own the P&L responsibility for the account including Q-o-Q revenue growth, margin improvement, maintaining resource pyramid etc.
• Provide quarterly projections of revenue, margin, head count, open requirements and other operation parameters and deliver the same.
• Focus on business development, project delivery, quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction through nurturing the existing relationship.
• Liaison with larger TCS ecosystem to understand and explore new offerings for positioning.
• Drive expansion of TCS solutions and services within the portfolio and implement actions to grow the portfolio.
• Increase wallet share through selling new business solutions and driving the pipeline for business development in the existing relationship.
• Assist in RFPs, RFIs including driving solution definition, financial construct and overall submission quality including orals coordination.
Required Skill Set:
• Experience of working as BDM/BRM/Client Partner managing mid or small sized client/new logos.
• Customer engagement experience with business and IT stakeholders - Experience to manage and grow the business and relationship with the account.
• Ability to identify business pain areas proactively and develop unique and compelling value propositions that focus on delivering business value for customer
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage across all levels of the organization and with internal & external stakeholders
• High level of energy & positive attitude and must be result oriented.
• Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis.
• Good understanding of Digital technologies - Examples (not limited to) are UI/UX, Data, Cloud, Automation, NextGen stack and so on.
• Experience in contract negotiations and contract closures.
Desired Skill Set:
• Experience in Manufacturing domain
Experience in selling products and working with horizontals and alliances.
