Position: Technical Writer/Content Designer

Locations: Vancouver, BC

Duration: Contract

Two main responsibilities:

• Writing help documentation and other onboarding materials/multimedia.
• Writing Ul text/copy/messaging and collaborating with UX designer.

Tool Knowledge:

• DITA, Ixiasoft, or other similar XML or Markdown-based authoring enviroments for creating help documentation.
• Figma for Ul text work and collaboration with UX.
