Job Title: Senior Marketer
Location: Toronto, ON
Work Model: Hybrid - 3 days in office (preferred: Tuesday to Thursday), 2 remote
Contract Duration: 6 months with a possibility for Extension/Conversion
We are currently sourcing for a leading investment client seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Marketer to join their Wealth Management Intermediary (WMI) Segment Marketing team. This role plays a pivotal part in driving marketing initiatives that support the sales organization and strengthen engagement with Canadian financial advisors and clients. This is a high-impact contract position with the potential for extension or conversion to a permanent role based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with sales priorities
- Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, including outreach, newsletters, webinars, and compliance submissions
- Localize global content for the Canadian market in accordance with AODA, French language, and compliance requirements
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, digital, advertising) to deliver marketing assets
- Collaborate closely with the sales and product teams to enhance client engagement
- Support planning and execution of advisor-focused events (in-person and virtual)
Must-Have Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or sales; preferably within investment management or financial services
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Understanding of Canada's regulatory environment (e.g., mutual funds, ETFs)
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams and coordinate marketing initiatives with compliance standards
Technical Skills
- Proficient in PowerPoint (heavily used in this role)
- Familiarity with Adobe Professional/Editor and Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate)
- Comfortable using general Microsoft Office tools
- Familiarity with marketing platforms is a plus
