As we continue to scale with leading enterprises-including crypto-native funds, foundations, and financial institutions-we're hiring an Implementation Specialist to lead onboarding and product implementation for our most strategic clients. You will work at the intersection of finance and crypto technology, helping clients integrate their systems and processes with Cryptoworth to enable accurate and automated crypto accounting.

This is a hybrid role based in Toronto, requiring at least 2 days per week in the office to collaborate with our team and deliver hands-on implementation support.

What You'll Do

• Own and lead onboarding and implementation projects for enterprise customers including foundations, DAOs, and financial institutions.
• Design and execute tailored onboarding plans, aligning Cryptoworth's configuration with the client's accounting, finance, and operations workflows.
• Work directly with customers to integrate crypto wallets, exchanges, custodians, and other data sources.
• Provide configuration support for tax settings, chart of accounts mapping, transaction classifications, and reconciliation.
• Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate crypto-specific financial operations with confidence.
• Troubleshoot issues and serve as a technical liaison between clients and internal Product/Engineering teams.
• Document best practices, playbooks, and repeatable workflows to improve implementation speed and consistency.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to ensure seamless client handoffs and long-term success.

What You Bring

• 2-5 years of experience in Implementation, Onboarding, or Technical Customer Success in SaaS-preferably in fintech, accounting software, or crypto.
• Strong understanding of accounting workflows, especially related to bookkeeping, tax, or reconciliation.
• Familiarity with crypto infrastructure (wallets, exchanges, APIs, custodians like Fireblocks, Gnosis, or centralized exchanges).
• Ability to translate complex technical requirements into easy-to-understand plans for clients.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with enterprise clients, particularly in regulated environments or finance teams.
• Bonus: Experience with ERP/accounting platforms (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite), and crypto tooling (e.g., Etherscan, Chainalysis, or block explorers).
