DESCRIPTION:

We seek a Senior Business Analyst with 10+ years of experience to drive data-informed decisions for our digital healthcare platform. You'll bridge business needs with technical solutions, optimize processes, and enhance patient/provider experiences through analytics and strategic insights.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business/functional requirements.
• Data Analysis: Interpret complex datasets (SQL, Excel, Tableau) to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Wireframe Development: Create wireframes (Miro/Figma) to visualize workflows and UI improvements.
• Market Analysis: Research industry trends and benchmark competitors to inform strategy.
• Process Optimization: Apply Six Sigma and business process modeling techniques to enhance efficiency.
• Reporting: Develop reports/presentations to communicate findings to executives and cross-functional teams.
• Agile Collaboration: Work with product managers, developers, and designers in Agile sprints (JIRA/Confluence).

REQUIREMENTS:

• 10+ years as a Business Analyst, preferably in B2C or healthcare.
• Expertise in data analysis tools (SQL, Tableau, Excel) and business process modeling.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, JIRA, Confluence, and Miro for wireframing.
• Strong presentation skills with experience advising stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• English fluency (written/spoken).

Assets:

• CBAP certification.
• Six Sigma certification.
• Healthcare industry knowledge (HIPAA/PHIPA).
