Job Title: Change Manager V

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid - 2 days/week in office)

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Duration: 12 Months (Extension Possible)

Are you a strategic and hands-on Change Manager with a strong project delivery background?

We're seeking a skilled Change Management professional to lead change initiatives and support key business transformation efforts. This role focuses on delivering tailored change strategies, stakeholder engagement, training, and communication within a collaborative hybrid work environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the change management workstream for projects of medium scale and complexity
  • Develop and execute end-to-end change plans, communication strategies, and training materials to support project deliverables
  • Assess change impacts across business units and provide actionable recommendations to ensure stakeholder readiness
  • Engage with diverse stakeholders-including senior leaders-to drive alignment and adoption of new processes or solutions
  • Monitor and report on change management deliverables to ensure quality, timeliness, and alignment with business objectives
  • Act as a knowledge resource for change management methodology, tools, and practices
  • Provide support for business-as-usual (BAU) transitions and project-related end-user change
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards, risk practices, and transformation frameworks

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in change management within large, complex organizations
  • Strong understanding of change management frameworks, tools, and methodologies
  • Experience supporting project change initiatives, end-user transitions, and training/communications planning
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and experience with data analysis/reporting techniques
  • Undergraduate degree required; recognized change management certification(s) preferred
  • Knowledge of risk, compliance, and project management practices is a plus
