SUMMARY OF DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Change Mgmt. Specialist Lead plans and/or executes on the end-to-end delivery of Change Management activities throughout the lifecycle for assigned projects / initiatives in alignment with the change management strategy and business objectives.

• Leads the change management workstream for projects of medium scale / complexity

• Accountable for own work and sometimes others; acts as an escalation point or knowledge resource related to change methodology / tools for others in their own area or on the project team

• Consults with senior stakeholders to ensure change management is meeting the needs of the business and project(s)

• Integrates knowledge of change management methodology with the project / strategy to recommend and implement effective change management interventions, across multiple stakeholder groups

• Interprets internal/external business challenges, recommends course of action and best practices to improve change management efficacy

• Acts as the change management lead for Tier 3, high risk Legal projects
