Position: Personal Lines Account Manager

Location: Kananaskis, Alberta

Type: Permanent, Full-Time (IN BRANCH, NOT REMOTE)

We are currently conducting a confidential search on behalf of one of Canada's leading brokerages for a Personal Lines Account Manager to join their team in Kananaskis, Alberta.

What You'll Do:

  • Support Personal Lines Account Executives in managing client relationships
  • Deliver prompt, professional service to clients-advising, explaining coverage, and addressing concerns
  • Process all incoming personal insurance documentation
  • Prepare and revise quotes, renewals, and updates to personal client files
  • Handle applications, issue certificates, and follow up on client documentation
  • Process endorsements, invoices, and assist with payment follow-ups
  • Liaise with insurers-negotiate renewals, follow up with underwriters and adjusters
  • Obtain and submit information requested by underwriters
  • Respond to billing inquiries and client questions

What You Bring:

  • High School diploma and/or Post-Secondary education
  • 2-5 years' experience in an office or insurance environment
  • Personal insurance experience is strongly preferred
  • Level 2 General Insurance License (or working toward it)
  • Experience with Epic or similar broker management systems is an asset
  • Strong communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills
  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Sales experience is an asset but not required
