Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Ecommerce Amazon Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing Amazon PPC campaigns, analyzing performance data, providing customer service, and improving e-commerce sales strategies. Daily tasks include monitoring ad performance, adjusting campaigns, analyzing sales data, and communicating with clients to address their needs and concerns.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills for analyzing performance data and making data-driven decisions
- Strong Customer Service skills to address client needs and concerns
- Excellent Communication skills for clear client interactions and team collaboration
- Experience in E-Commerce and Sales strategies
- Familiarity with Amazon PPC and e-commerce platforms
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment
- Leadership skills are critical since majority of this role consists of leading the Amazon PPC team
Tasks:
- Work with all PPC specialists and check the quality of their work
- Interact with clients directly and help them negotiate their challenges
- Completely understand the AI automation software and help diagnose, upgrade and provide new insights
- Customer support for Brands that are our clients
- Create Audit reports for onboarding clients and prepare Plan Of Action
- Work on Amazon PPC Advertising and Seller Central accounts for key clients
- Work with Content writer, Graphic Designer and Catalog Specialists
Salary
This is a full time Hybrid role at Toronto, Ontario. Once a week to office and 4 days work from home.
The salary for this is $48,500 to $50,000 + $20,000 bonus every 12 months.
