Are you a performance-driven leader with a passion for training and accountability? Royal York Property Management is looking for a Leasing Coach to lead the development of our Leasing Agents and ensure every agent on the road is ready to close.
About the Role:
As a Leasing Coach, your core responsibility is to train, monitor, and improve the performance of Leasing Agents. You'll provide hands-on coaching before agents go on the road and actively track KPIs to determine who needs additional training. You will play a direct role in improving our leasing closing rate and ensuring agents meet company performance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily in-person training sessions for new Leasing Agents.
- Evaluate field readiness and certify agents before they begin in-person showings.
- Review daily and weekly KPIs for all Leasing Agents and intervene when performance drops.
- Maintain accurate performance tracking and coaching logs.
- Work closely with the Director of Leasing to optimize performance strategies.
- Participate in onboarding and development of new leasing procedures and materials.
What You Bring:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate leasing or sales, with a proven leadership track record.
- Strong communication, training, and coaching abilities.
- Ability to identify performance gaps and implement targeted improvement plans.
- A results-focused mindset with a high standard for accountability.
- Familiarity with KPI tracking, CRM tools, and in-field leasing operations.
