Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of HRBP background, ideally in a few different industries such as, manufacturing or aerospace or the Suncors/Nutriens dealing with sites.
• Ability to provide metrics to explain/show the "why"
• Outside of the box thinker, experience with high fast paced, ever changing environments
• Understands how to assess the importance of tasks and decisions and set priorities - focusing time/energy on the most important issues/opportunities

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Manufacturing industry experience
• CPHR or CHRL designation

Job Description:

Insight Global is seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to join one of Calgary's largest aerospace manufacturing companies. This opportunity will be 5 days a week onsite in Calgary, AB, 40 hours per week.

In this role, you will be responsible for playing a critical role in fostering a high-performance culture that prioritizes safety, employee engagement, quality, productivity, and teamwork. You will act as a key advisor to leaders and employees, delivering strategic guidance and hands-on HR support aligned with the organization's business transformation strategy.

Other responsibilities will include:

• Supporting 200+ employees with a madidate that business will grow exponentially (100 people to still be hired this year)
• Working side by side directors and TA's to build growth/hiring strategy
• Handle day to day escalations for thinks like drug and background policies
• Attendance management and challenging PPE
• Most importantly building/fostering relationships to create changes throughout the organization over time.

Compensation:

$100-120k base salary
