Key Responsibilities

• Source and negotiate with reliable vendors to ensure value and performance

• Obtain competitive quotes in line with project specifications and deadlines

• Manage supplier pricing, contracts, and terms effectively

• Track material orders, issue purchase orders, and ensure accurate documentation

• Monitor vendor performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Desired Skills and Experience

Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in construction purchasing

Strong negotiation, coordination, and vendor relationship skills

Proficiency in Jonas software (or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite

High attention to detail, excellent organizational abilities, and a collaborative mindset
