Position Overview

We are seeking a confident, knowledgeable, and client-focused Laser Technician with at least 5 years of Canadian industry experience. The successful candidate will have hands-on expertise with laser systems and advanced skin procedures and be comfortable taking an active role in sales, marketing, and social media content creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of advanced skin and body treatments, including:
• Laser Hair Removal
• Skin Rejuvenation
• Pigmentation & Vascular Lesion Treatments
• Acne & Acne Scar Treatments
• Skin Tightening
• PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) Therapy
• Body Contouring Treatments
• Conduct thorough client consultations and build personalized treatment plans
• Ensure consistent, high-quality care while maintaining detailed treatment records
• Safely operate, maintain, and calibrate laser and cosmetic equipment
• Actively contribute to sales goals by recommending and educating on treatment plans
• Collaborate on promotional campaigns and appear in video/social media content as needed
• Stay up to date on the latest technologies, trends, and protocols in the aesthetics industry

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Canadian experience as a Laser Technician or Medical Aesthetician
• Certification in Laser Technology or Medical Aesthetics from a recognized Canadian institution
• Proficiency in a wide range of laser systems and technologies
• Strong understanding of skin types, laser safety, and treatment planning
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable and confident on camera (video tutorials, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Sales-minded with a proven ability to recommend and sell packages effectively
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and team-driven
