Role Description

As a Software Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for executing software implementation projects, providing technical support, and troubleshooting. The role involves regular communication with clients to understand their needs, performing system configurations, and ensuring a smooth transition to Akitu One.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for the clinic, collecting feedback, addressing concerns, and coordinating with product teams for continuous improvement.
• Oversee the secure migration of data from legacy systems and ensure seamless integration with existing hardware and third-party tools like imaging or billing software.
• Provide real-time technical assistance and troubleshooting during the initial implementation phase to ensure a smooth transition.
• Guide dental clinics through the onboarding process, including software installation, configuration, and comprehensive user training for staff.
• Analyze the clinic's existing workflows and customize the software setup to align with operational needs, ensuring maximum efficiency and usability.

Qualifications

• Software Implementation and Technical Support skills
• Analytical skills for understanding and solving complex problems
• Strong Communication skills for client interactions
• Troubleshooting skills for resolving technical issues
• Experience in project management is a plus
• Direct experience migrating data, and running scripts

Work Environment

• This is a full-time hybrid role
• Working outside of regular business hours (evenings and weekends) will be required

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
