About TITAN Haptics

TITAN Haptics is a Canadian tech startup building next-generation haptic (touch feedback) motors used in consumer electronics, gaming hardware, and smart devices. Our patented technology has been used by global brands including Google, OPPO, and BMW. The Role

This role sits at the intersection of business, marketing, and strategy. You'll be working directly with global brands and ambitious startups to explore new partnership opportunities and support ongoing collaborations. In this client-facing role, you'll be preparing demos, coordinating campaigns, reaching out to new leads, and establishing brand partnerships, working with the TITAN team to ensure our technology is presented clearly and effectively.

You'll work closely with every part of the company from product to marketing to leadership and get hands-on experience with what it takes to grow a tech startup. If you're someone who enjoys building relationships, thinking creatively, and making things happen, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do

  • Research new markets and help develop outreach strategies to connect with potential customers and partners
  • Execute outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, event follow-ups) and track performance
  • Prep for and participate in trade shows and customer demos-before, during, and after the event
  • Assist with marketing campaigns: research, coordination, and post-launch engagement
  • Track conversations and opportunities using our CRM
  • Support a range of projects across sales, marketing, and partnerships as needs evolve

What We're Looking For

  • 2-3 years of work experience in marketing, sales, executive assistant, or client-interfacing roles. Experience in the tech industry is preferred
  • Friendly, confident communicator-comfortable in person and over email
  • Clear writing and strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and learning on the go
  • Interest in tech, hardware, gaming, or startups
  • Bonus: Experience with maker tools like Arduino, 3D printers, or robotics
