Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Financial Analyst offers a financial support to the retail store sector for all the Rona inc banners. The analyst will work directly with the regional vice-presidents, market directors and store managers of RONA Inc. to provide support for their store analysis and budget.

Our expectations

Reporting to the Manager, Digital Experience, and working closely with the Advisor, Digital Experience, the Specialist, Digital Experience is responsible for the execution and optimization of the online customer journey for go-to market initiatives on rona.ca.

As the person responsible for the execution, coordination, and optimization of homepage content, the role serves as the main point of contact between various marketing stakeholders. The successful candidate will manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensure deadlines are met, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of the online customer experience.

Your role

Oversee weekly updates of the rona.ca homepage briefing, in collaboration with relevant teams.

Coordinate the execution of various online events, ensuring a seamless customer journey and consistent user experience to maximize business impact.

Actively contributes to the development of the overall digital events strategy by bringing innovative ideas and staying attuned to market trends.

Manage project timelines, plan deliverables, and oversee quality control throughout all stages of projects.

Prepare creative proposals for the studio and other marketing support teams.

Analyze performance data and provide actionable recommendations to drive sales and exceed business goals.

Conduct regular competitive benchmarking and market trend analysis to propose relevant strategic adjustments.

Create post-mortem analyses to review past promotions and optimize future initiatives.

Support the digital team on other marketing initiatives as needed.

The qualifications we are looking for

University degree in Marketing or Administration, or any other form of experience and study deemed equivalent.

At least 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or eCommerce.

Experience working with web analytics tools; Adobe Analytics is an asset.

Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, autonomy, and a strong sense of initiative.

Team player with excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.

Strong adaptability, ability to work under pressure, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
