Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Analyst with strong experience in Azure and Azure DevOps. The role will involve supporting critical infrastructure and applications, with a focus on Azure, Exchange, Active Directory, CyberArk, Citrix Authority, and more. The successful candidate will work within a collaborative team of subject-matter experts (SMEs) and help drive continuous improvement and innovation
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Azure support with a focus on troubleshooting and optimization.
- Work with DevOps tools such as Terraform and PowerShell to manage and automate infrastructure.
- Ensure the reliability of Azure infrastructure through monitoring and performance tuning.
- Maintain and support Active Directory, and assist with Exchange server issues (optional).
- Collaborate closely with the team to implement Infrastructure as Code (IAC) best practices using Terraform and PowerShell.
- Work on various on-premises tools such as SCOM and SCCM.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and application issues.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2 years of experience working with Azure and Azure DevOps.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex issues.
- Must have experience with Active Directory.
- PowerShell and Terraform scripting experience for automation and infrastructure management.
- Exchange experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with CyberArk, Citrix Authority, and on-premises tools such as SCOM and SCCM is a plus.
