Bilingual Sales Development Representative

Location: Cambridge, ON (in-office)

Salary Range: $60,000-$65,000 base

Year 1 Commission: $10,000-$15,000

Year 2 Commission: $20,000-$30,000

  • Support the outside sales team by booking qualified discovery meetings
  • Manage and grow a small portfolio of accounts (after 6-9 months of training)
  • Build strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
  • Prospect for new business via cold calls, emails, and social media
  • Support client satisfaction through follow-ups, issue resolution, and referrals
  • Understand the product offering to educate clients and identify opportunities
  • Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)
  • 1-2 years of sales experience
  • Driven, coachable, and eager to grow into a full-cycle sales role
  • Strong phone and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive "hunter" mentality and commitment to relationship-based selling
