Role: Manager, Data Science (Customer Success)
We are looking for passionate individuals to help our clients solve complex challenges and enable sustained analytics transformation.
As a Manager in our Customer Success organization, you will:
- Lead a team of consultants to design, execute, and implement cutting-edge analytical solutions.
- Institutionalize data-driven insights and recommendations that bring customer strategies to life.
- Manage key client engagements, build strong relationships, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Translate client goals into action, develop a pipeline of new projects, and contribute to client growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Design strategy and roadmaps for building client analytics capabilities.
- Solve complex business problems using conventional and new-age data sources and advanced analytics techniques.
- Become a trusted advisor to clients by providing thought leadership and strategic guidance.
- Lead, mentor, and coach Associates and Senior Associates across our U.S. offices.
- Collaborate with India-based Delivery leads to drive global project success.
- Identify and develop business development opportunities within client accounts.
Skills & Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience managing projects across industries or functions in fast-paced environments.
- Proven expertise in analytics (e.g., regression, machine learning, classification, time series) and tools like R, SAS, Python, SPSS.
- Strong ability to structure and manage large-scale analytics programs, including resource planning and methodology.
- Experience working in or supporting clients in the retail or grocery sector (strongly preferred).
- Experience working with cross-functional, cross-cultural teams.
- Excellent client relationship-building skills, even in complex or sensitive environments.
- Growth mindset with a focus on expanding projects and deepening client engagements.
- High adaptability and ability to translate business gaps into actionable analytics solutions.
