Job Summary:
The Innovation & Digitization Manager is responsible for driving the development and implementation of cutting-edge digital solutions, while also independently leading strategic initiatives in AI and innovation. This position oversees the Digitization and Data Analysis team and manages all related projects. This role requires a unique blend of project management expertise, presentation skills, technical acumen, and visionary leadership to transform our business operations and maintain our competitive edge in the auto parts manufacturing industry.
Reports to: CFO Americas
Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in digital transformation, development and AI innovation roles.
- Understanding of large language models, generative AI, machine learning, data analytics, and their applications in a business context.
- Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Hands on experience developing software.
- Deep understanding of software best practices.
- High level of initiative and sound decision-making ability.
- Automotive industry experience, PMP designation, knowledge of SAP, MS Fabric and Power Bi is considered an asset

- Lead, manage and mentor a team of Digitization and Data Analysis developers to build solutions that meet business needs.
- Organize, direct and evaluate digitization initiatives and digital solutions
- Prepare and deliver business plan and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) reports
- Use industry best practices and software development methodologies to build and implement technology
- Drive digital innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to improve processes and systems
- Lead designing and implementation of socially responsible Generative AI at Musashi.
- Responsible for the overall requirements, planning, scheduling, execution, and success of projects
- Ensure the data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations for all projects
- Ensure the quality, accuracy, and reliability of AI models and digital tools
- Communicate project status and insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders
- Work with cross functional teams to identify and meet the needs of internal stakeholders
- Perform other related duties as required.
