The Role - What You'll Be Doing?
We're looking for a dynamic, innovative Senior Director to lead the charge in scaling our client experience for advisors and investors. This isn't your typical leadership role-you'll be at the intersection of strategy, operations, and technology, designing a client experience that's not just great but surprising and delightful. As we grow and integrate new businesses through M&A, you'll play a key role in making sure our clients feel like they're always getting the best of what we offer.
Your mission will be to analyze and optimize how we serve our clients, leveraging smart tools and fresh thinking to solve complex problems and provide solutions that exceed expectations. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, prioritizing the most important initiatives to keep us on track as we scale at a rapid pace.
What You'll Own & Drive?
- Client Experience Vision: Craft and execute a bold strategy to scale and elevate the client experience for advisors and investors, ensuring we're always one step ahead, especially during M&A integrations.
- M&A Integration: You'll be at the heart of integrating new businesses into our ecosystem, ensuring smooth transitions that don't just meet expectations but exceed them.
- Operational Efficiency: Streamline processes that allow us to grow and scale without sacrificing the quality of service our clients expect.
- Innovation at Scale: Bring your creativity to the table, identifying new tools and technologies that solve complex client challenges, helping us stay ahead of the curve in delivering personalized wealth solutions.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead teams across product, tech, legal, compliance, marketing, and operations to align, execute, and celebrate success. Your ability to pull people together will be key as we integrate and grow.
- Prioritization Mastery: Juggle multiple priorities and initiatives like a pro. Whether it's M&A integration or scaling a client experience initiative, you'll know how to focus on the right things at the right time.
- Client Delight: Find ways to make the client experience not just good, but truly unforgettable. Surprising moments and personalized touches are your secret sauce.
- Data-Driven Success: Use data and feedback to continuously fine-tune our strategies and ensure we're delivering the kind of client experiences that turn clients into loyal advocates.
What We're Looking For?
- 10+ years of experience in client experience, operational leadership, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a senior role driving strategic initiatives.
- Proven experience in scaling operations and integrating businesses through M&A, particularly in fast-growth environments.
- A natural leader who can unite cross-functional teams and inspire them to achieve big things.
- A technology enthusiast with the ability to leverage new tools and platforms to make processes more efficient and client interactions more delightful.
- A prioritization ninja with an ability to balance short-term needs with long-term growth strategies.
- A communicator and influencer who can build relationships and get buy-in across the business, from the front line to the executive team.
- A passion for delivering exceptional, personalized experiences that wow clients and build long-lasting relationships.
- Wealth management or investment management experience is a bonus, but not required.
