Required Skills & Experience

• 3-4 years' experience in configuring, administering and troubleshooting SAP S4HANA HCM components.
• 3 years of experience in the implementation, configurations, and support of SAP Payroll configuration Module and tools
• Strong hands-on experience in troubleshooting end-to-end payroll, time management, benefits and entitlement management
• Ability to be onsite 3 days a week in Cambridge

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an ERP Functional Analyst who will be serving as a technical subject matter expert for SAP S/4HANA HCM systems, leading configuration, integration, and support for core HR functions including Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, and Organizational Management, with a focus on Canadian compliance and union/non-union payroll. This role is hybrid and the individual is expected to be onsite 2 x week in Cambridge.
