The Opportunity:

We are expanding our expert network and seeking experienced Cybersecurity Consultants to lead and deliver engagements across the following areas:

Key Responsibilities:

- Cyber Risk Assessments:

• Evaluate enterprise environments using recognized frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO, ISF, CIS, FAIR, etc.). Identify critical risks, quantify business impact, and guide actionable mitigation strategies.

- IT & Cyber Cost Reduction Initiatives: Identify waste, inefficiencies, and redundant security investments. Drive vendor rationalization, licensing optimization, and smarter resource allocation.

- Strategic Cybersecurity Roadmaps: Design multi-year transformation strategies aligned with business priorities and threat landscape evolution. Align recommendations to board-level goals.

- Client Reputation & Skills Verification Services: Contribute to our innovative new offering: helping clients assess the credibility and integrity of cybersecurity leadership hires. Activities include reputation checks, reference deep-dives, CV validation, and real-life scenario-based simulations.

What We're Looking For:

• 8+ years of cybersecurity experience, ideally with a blend of consulting, enterprise, and risk strategy backgrounds

• Proven experience conducting cyber risk assessments, executive briefings, and delivering value-driven insights

• Familiarity with IT financial optimization, vendor assessments, or FinOps principles

• Excellent written and verbal communication (English or French, bilingualism is an asset)

• Former CISOs, vCISOs, Big 4 alumni, or industry-recognized experts strongly encouraged

• Comfortable working independently in a partner-style model (you can find or choose your own missions, and we work together on value, pricing and delivery)
