Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Information Technology Support Specialist based in Montreal, QC. The Senior Information Technology Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, maintaining desktop computers, and offering help desk support. The candidate will work closely with the IT team to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently while ensuring that IT services are delivered effectively and consistently.
Qualifications
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
- Experience with Desktop Computers and Information Technology systems
- Proficiency in Help Desk Support operations
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
- Candidate must be expert in Microsoft 365, Azure AD and Windows server active directory.
- Candidate must have VMware experience.
