We're the team behind Our House Hospitality Company, and we're looking for someone creative, action-oriented and collaborative to join our marketing leadership. What started as a vision to create the best versions of North America's most beloved cuisines has grown into a hospitality company centred around renowned chef Matty Matheson. Today, we operate Prime Seafood Palace, Matty's Patty's Burger Club, Cà Phê Rang, Bar Clams, Rizzo's House of Parm, Matheson Food Company and our yet to open downtown Hamilton project - each with the goal of leading its category.
We're storytellers, experience creators, and passionate advocates for hospitality. Now we need a Marketing Manager who shares our obsession with creating memorable brand experiences.
The Opportunity
This isn't your typical marketing role. You'll be the strategic marketing lead across our entire portfolio, working directly with our Visual and Social Media Strategist and collaborating with restaurant general managers, head chefs, and our executive team. You will working with a wide array of best-of-breed consultants and agencies as well as Matty's creative team.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Implementing comprehensive marketing strategies across our diverse restaurant portfolio
- Analyzing consumer insights to identify growth opportunities for each unique brand
- Managing quarterly marketing plans, budgets, and KPI tracking across multiple locations
- Developing compelling brand stories while ensuring consistency across concepts
- Leading marketing initiatives for new restaurant openings and product launches
- Building relationships with corporate sponsors, retail partners, and media contacts
You'll Work Closely With:
- Our Visual and Social Media Strategist on content creation and brand consistency
- General managers across all restaurant concepts
- External partners including creative agencies
- Head chefs and culinary teams to align marketing with the dining experience
What you bring to the table?
Experience & Expertise:
- 4+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, food & beverage, or CPG
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field
- Proven track record of successful campaigns that drive measurable business results
- Experience managing multiple brands or business units simultaneously
Skills That Set You Apart:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication with strong presentation abilities
- Analytical skills with experience translating insights into strategy
- Proficiency in Google Apps, Adobe Suite, Figma, Canva, and marketing analytics platforms
- Knowledge of restaurant systems (OpenTable, Resy, POS) and delivery platforms
- Experience with marketing automation, CRM tools (Mailchimp), and email marketing
- Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, MidJourney, Gamma, etc.)

What are we offering?
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive full-time salary with performance-based bonuses
- Salary bands for this position is $72,000-$79,000
