Bilingual Executive Assistant - FRENCH

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with various colleagues daily
  • Support consultants and teams with the development of reports, marketing materials, and contracting documents within agreed-upon timelines
  • Coordinate complex scheduling and travel arrangements; handle expense reporting in Oracle
  • Provide project setup and maintenance support (including project set-up and contract administration, file maintenance, etc.)
  • Support colleagues with all forms of internal and external client communications (phone, email, meeting set-up, etc.)
  • Perform filing, billing, and other support activities
  • Generate client/project financial reports
  • Support the collaborative team environment by partnering with other administrative staff to support all team needs
  • Increase efficiency by identifying ways to improve processes
  • Participate in special projects as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience providing administrative support
  • Hands-on experience with calendaring, expense management, travel coordination, and client life cycle support
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - French required
  • Comfortable working in a predominately remote/hybrid environment
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required
