Our client, a leading provider of IT solutions, is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their team on a full-time contract basis. This is a great opportunity to be part of a high-impact, community-focused initiative supporting local charities.

This is a 5-month contract with the potential for a permanent, full-time opportunity at the end of the term.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Monitor sales queues
  • Fulfill and track ticket orders via email and mail
  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, voicemail, and email
  • Use internal documentation and manuals to troubleshoot issues
  • Escalate complex issues when needed, ensuring prompt resolution
  • Generate and reconcile weekly and final reports for regulatory bodies
  • Prepare high-level summaries for internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications and Skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual in English and French (spoken, written, and reading)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role
  • Comfortable using MS Office 365 and common internet browsers
  • Experience using a ticketing system is an asset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
