Job Title: Millwright - Heavy Industrial (Mississauga)

Job Type: Full-Time Permanent Rotating Shifts

Overview:

Our Mississauga-based heavy industrial client is looking to add an experienced Millwright to their growing maintenance team. This role focuses on both preventative and breakdown maintenance of heavy industrial machinery.

Key Details:

• Hourly Pay: Starting at $43.65/hr for licensed Millwrights (CofQ)
• Apprentices (4th year) and experienced unlicensed Millwrights are welcome to apply
• Shift Rotation: All 3 shifts (day, afternoon, night)
• Overtime:
• Time and a half on Saturdays
• Double time on Sundays

What You'll Do:

• Perform maintenance and repairs on heavy industrial/plant machinery
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and complete equipment inspections
• Support production teams by ensuring minimal downtime
• Follow strict health and safety protocols

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Ability to wear a respirator throughout the shift (mandatory)
• Experience in a steel plant or heavy industrial environment is a strong asset
