About the Role
We're hiring a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join our team starting June 9, 2025.
In this role, you'll lead client campaigns from planning to execution. You'll be the main point of contact for several accounts, overseeing websites, SEO, ads, email, and social media initiatives.
You'll collaborate closely with our creative director, designers, developers, and copywriters-owning timelines, communications, and results. Your ideas will be heard. Your work will be seen. And your impact will be real.
What You'll Do
- Plan and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, email, and social)
- Write and edit marketing content for websites, emails, and social media
- Build and manage websites (WordPress, Shopify) and email platforms (Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor)
- Launch and optimize digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- Oversee content scheduling and engagement on social media platforms
- Track KPIs, prepare client updates, and report on campaign performance
- Serve as the primary contact for clients-building relationships, solving problems, and adding value
- Use Asana and Teams to keep projects organized and team communications flowing
- Support napkin marketing's own social channels and marketing initiatives
Who You Are
- Located in the Greater Toronto Area
- Available full-time Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM ET
- Available to start on June 9, 2025
- 3+ years managing digital marketing projects or client campaigns
- Detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy
- An excellent writer and confident communicator (written, spoken, and on video)
- Hands-on with:
- WordPress, Mailchimp, Facebook/Instagram Ads
- Google Ads, Google Analytics (preferred)
- Comfortable managing timelines, deliverables, and multiple priorities
- A creative thinker who enjoys solving problems and learning new tools
- Background in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
