Akkodis is seeking a Training Specialist to develop and conduct Microsoft 365 training support to various national defence initiatives. This role will be full-time on-site located in the east end of Ottawa.

Tasks may include:

• Developing and conducting training to support Microsoft 365 with a focus on SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft SharePoint.
• Conducting testing and evaluation of SharePoint hosted solutions and other information management systems when required.
• Liaising with the IMO, SharePoint and SharePoint Online technical groups to provide recommendations for enhancements.
• Addressing technical and operational issues, as required, and providing recommendations and solutions for discrepancies or deficiencies.
• Developing and conducting key training for SharePoint OnPrem/Online:
• Permissions, site settings, navigation, Document libraries, publishing pages, and training deployment.
• Training employees on how to run effective meetings on MS Teams and use MS Outlook more efficiently.

The successful candidate must hold an active Secret Security Clearance with the Government of Canada.
