Skills

• Dedicated lead for COBOL development and legacy system integration
• 7+ years of experience in COBOL development
• Experience with JCL, VSAM, and mainframe utilities
• Basic familiarity with CONTROL-M or similar job scheduling tools
• Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a strong asset
• Ability to read and understand batch job flows and dependencies
