Brand Marketing Coordinator:
On behalf of our Retail client, Procom is searching for a Brand Marketing Coordinator for a contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days per week onsite at our client's Mississauga office.
Job Description:
The Brand Marketing Coordinator will support the development and execution of marketing programs, focusing on strategy and tactical execution. The role involves collaborating with the Marketing Manager and various teams to ensure alignment and consistency across communication channels.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on marketing program development and execution
• Lead the creation of creative marketing briefs for banner initiatives and category marketing requests
• Maintain and improve the marketing calendar and standards
• Manage promotional and marketing plan project work streams
• Establish strong relationships with store operators and manage community inbox requests
• Lead meetings and distribute detailed meeting minutes to stakeholders
• Ensure marketing materials align with established standards
• Optimize the distribution of weekly digital assets
• Conduct pre/post-campaign reporting and analysis with Customer Insights and external partners
• Assist with budget reconciliation and tracking for campaigns
• Develop marketing strategies for seasonal events and key occasions
Mandatory Skills:
• 2-3 years of retail marketing experience
• Experience with marketing program development and execution
• Excellent customer service skills
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite / Office 365
• Ability to read and interpret marketing and research data
• Adaptable and flexible
Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Retail marketing/operations knowledge or experience
• Experience with Omnichannel content strategy
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills
