About Bodaq

Bodaq is a premium architectural surface film manufactured by Hyundai L&C Corporation. Our innovative self-adhesive solutions are transforming the interior design and renovation industries, offering eco-friendly and stylish alternatives to traditional surface materials for commercial, residential, and hospitality applications.

As we continue expanding across the United States, we are looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of Sales - USA to lead and scale our American sales operations. This role is based in Vancouver, Canada, and will oversee the regional U.S. team and national business development.

Job Description

As Head of Sales - USA, you will take charge of our U.S. growth strategy from our North American headquarters in Vancouver. You'll manage a cross-regional sales team, strengthen relationships with industry partners, and expand our presence in the construction, design, and hospitality sectors.

You'll work closely with executive leadership, marketing, and operations to execute high-impact sales strategies while representing Bodaq at key trade shows and events across the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the U.S. sales team from our Vancouver office
  • Implement national sales strategies across all U.S. regions
  • Build strategic relationships with fabricators, installers, general contractors, designers, and hospitality groups
  • Oversee sales performance, pipelines, KPIs, and regional targets
  • Identify market opportunities and lead initiatives to enter new segments
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns that support regional growth
  • Represent Bodaq at major U.S. trade shows, expos, and industry networking events
  • Ensure alignment between Canadian HQ and U.S. field operations

Position Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in building materials, architectural finishes, or commercial interiors
  • Strong understanding of the U.S. construction, hospitality, and design industries
  • Demonstrated success managing regional or national B2B sales teams
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Based in Vancouver, BC (required)
  • Willing and able to travel frequently to the U.S.

Schedule & Structure

Full-time Monday-Friday

Location: Vancouver, BC, Canada

Reports to: CEO - North America
