This position is a Residential Property Administrator role based out of our Saskatoon Office.

As a Residential Property Administrator, you will be the main point of contact for tenants and owners, managing communications, documentation, and ensuring top-tier service delivery.

In this role, you will

  • Manage tenant and owner communications with professionalism and a client-service focus.
  • Support lease and contract administration, ensuring documents are complete and up to date.
  • Maintain and update records using Yardi Systems and other property management tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve tenant issues and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Assist with basic accounting and financial processes related to property operations.

What you'll bring

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within real estate or property management.
  • Graduate of a recognized business school.
  • Familiarity with Yardi Systems and experience handling lease agreements and contracts.
  • Basic accounting knowledge and strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
