Northlands College is seeking a Manager, Compensation and Benefits for our Head Office in Air Ronge, Saskatchewan. Candidates will have a bachelor's degree with a major concentration in human resources and three years of experience in human resources, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. The position is a permanent employment opportunity with the College. The anticipated contract start date is July 28, 2025. The Manager, Compensation and Benefits is an out-of-scope, management position reporting to the Director, People Services. The position is responsible for the Payroll and Benefits functions within the department including, disability case management, the administration and deployment of the payroll and human resources management systems (HRMS) and coaching and mentoring two in-scope employees.
