About the Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and organized People & Culture Coordinator to join our team, with a strong focus on recruitment and candidate experience. You'll work closely with our People & Culture Manager and hiring teams to support our rapid growth by bringing in top talent and delivering a seamless hiring process.

This is a perfect opportunity for a new graduate or early-career HR professional excited to break into the world of fintech and people operations.

What You'll Be Doing

Recruitment & Talent Operations (70%)

  • Assist with full-cycle recruitment across departments - from drafting job postings to coordinating interviews.
  • Source candidates and screen resumes to support pipeline building for both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Own scheduling and candidate communications to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience.
  • Maintain our applicant tracking system (ATS) and track key hiring metrics.
  • Support employer branding initiatives - from social content to campus outreach - to help Pine stand out in a competitive market.
  • Coordinate reference checks, background screening, and offer letter preparation.

People & Culture Support (30%)

  • Assist with onboarding new hires and ensuring a strong first impression of Pine's culture and mission.
  • Help maintain accurate employee records and support P&C documentation processes.
  • Support planning and execution of internal events, recognition programs, and engagement surveys.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of our People & Culture practices, tools, and processes.

Who You Are

  • A recent graduate in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
  • Passionate about people, hiring, and building high-performing teams.
  • Interested in learning the inner workings of a fast-growing fintech company.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive - you thrive on getting things done right.
  • A strong communicator who brings empathy and professionalism to every interaction.
  • Curious, tech-savvy, and excited to work with modern HR and recruiting tools.
  • Discreet and respectful when working with sensitive information.
