Uma is looking for a Sales Representative to drive our growth by securing partnerships and machine placements for UmaBox. This role requires a motivated, results-driven individual who excels in building relationships with property owners, businesses, and institutions. You will play a key role in expanding Uma's footprint, working closely with the leadership team to refine our pitch and execute strategic sales efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential partners, including property managers, business owners, and institutions.
  • Pitch UmaBox as a zero-cost amenity that enhances property value and improves user experience.
  • Conduct outreach (cold calls, emails, in-person meetings) to secure new locations for UmaBoxes.
  • Negotiate placement agreements and contracts with property owners.
  • Track and report sales activity, pipeline progress, and partnership performance.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to refine sales messaging and strategy.
  • Represent Uma at networking events and trade shows to expand industry connections.

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales, business development, or partnership experience, preferably in tech, retail, or real estate.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a persuasive pitch.
  • Comfortable with outreach, cold calling, and closing deals.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive results.
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the unattended retail industry or AI-powered automation is a plus but not required.

Base: 20 CAD per hour + commission
