Job Title: Business System Analyst (with Guidewire PolicyCenter Cloud Certification)
Work Location: Markham, ON, Canada (Hybrid - Onsite)
What you'll do:
- Collaborate on planning prioritization and design
- Understand the project business problem capabilities to solve the same
- Define and manage project scope
- Document business requirements and translating them into technical requirements
- Scrum Master Experience
- Create monitor and constant review of sprint plans along with identifying project issues roadblocks and steps for mitigation and resolution
- Organize and lead working sessions and project update meetings within various levels of the organization
- Provide feedback and recommendations on project and process improvements
What you'll bring:
- 5 years Business System Analyst (BSA) experience working on Scrum teams
- Must be Guidewire PolicyCenter Cloud Certified
- CIP Preferred or strong insurance knowledge
- Excellent communication skills formal and informal
- Time management skills with the ability to establish priorities and effective follow-up
- Must be a team player a team builder and a driver
