Job Title: Business System Analyst (with Guidewire PolicyCenter Cloud Certification)

Work Location: Markham, ON, Canada (Hybrid - Onsite)

What you'll do:

• Collaborate on planning prioritization and design
• Understand the project business problem capabilities to solve the same
• Define and manage project scope
• Document business requirements and translating them into technical requirements
• Scrum Master Experience
• Create monitor and constant review of sprint plans along with identifying project issues roadblocks and steps for mitigation and resolution
• Organize and lead working sessions and project update meetings within various levels of the organization
• Provide feedback and recommendations on project and process improvements

What you'll bring:

• 5 years Business System Analyst (BSA) experience working on Scrum teams
• Must be Guidewire PolicyCenter Cloud Certified
• CIP Preferred or strong insurance knowledge
• Excellent communication skills formal and informal
• Time management skills with the ability to establish priorities and effective follow-up
• Must be a team player a team builder and a driver
