Senior Manager, Marketing & Communications

Leading Wealth & Investment Advisory Firm

Experience in financial/wealth/investment management industries needed either in-house or at an agency

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy Execution - Spearhead the planning and rollout of marketing initiatives that support brand awareness and business growth.
  • Financial & Investment Communication - Translate complex investment concepts into clear, accessible content tailored to high-net-worth audiences.
  • Investor & Client Communications - Prepare timely updates, reports, and insights to strengthen investor relationships and promote transparency.
  • Content Leadership - Develop a wide range of original content including articles, blog posts, thought leadership pieces, and web copy for both internal and external use.
  • Public Relations & Executive Visibility - Coordinate media relations, thought leadership opportunities, and award submissions to elevate the firm's profile.
  • Digital Engagement - Manage the firm's presence across professional platforms such as LinkedIn, ensuring consistency in tone, voice, and visual identity.
  • Leadership Communications - Write messaging, briefing materials, and speaking points for firm executives for use in meetings, presentations, and public forums.
  • Event Coordination - Oversee planning, logistics, and branding for client events, conferences, and industry sponsorships, ensuring smooth execution and professional presentation.

Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or brand strategy, preferably
  • Degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related discipline.
  • Skilled in tools such as Excel, Canva, WordPress, and email marketing platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in leading integrated marketing campaigns across content, digital, and PR.
  • Event management experience, including planning and vendor coordination.
